This policy explains what personal data abesveld collects through this website, why, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).

Who we are

abesveld is responsible for the processing of your personal data. For any question about your data, contact us at info@abesveld.com.

What we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we receive:

  • your name and email address;
  • your company name, the service and budget you select (all optional);
  • the message you write.

Your IP address is briefly processed to protect the form against abuse (rate limiting). We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Where it is stored and who sees it

Your data is stored on our own servers. We do not sell it and do not share it with third parties, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to handle it. If it does not lead to a collaboration, we delete it within 12 months.

Cookies

This website only uses functional cookies that are needed for it to work, such as a session cookie and a security token for the contact form. These do not track you and do not require consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Email info@abesveld.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
